Organic viticulture" means that in the countryside, for the protection and nutrition of plants, only substances are used that are found in nature or that man can obtain with simple processes. No chemical processing or genetic manipulation, no GMOs, fertilizers or chemical pesticides of synthesis but only "contact". Organic grapes therefore enjoy a life cycle that does not depend on the chemistry.

About us
Knowing Cecilia Zucca and the values that have inspired it is fundamental to better understand this entrepreneurial reality. She is the owner of the company, together with her husband, the wine maker Luigi Dezzani, their daughters Maria Sole and Eleonora and their son Romolo. Cecilia knows the country life well, even before the terms "organic" and "sustainable" became fashionable. In fact, his parents already ran a farm, with the slow pace of a small rural village.
